Pompadour and Black(ish) makeup

So, I woke up this morning with my hair all a mess, and decided what better way to make this work to my advantage than to rock a pompadour to work, albeit, a conservative pompadour (hey, I can't look like I'm rockin' a mowhawk at my super conservative job). And what goes better with a rock-ish hair style than some rock-inspired makeup? Again, toned down to be office friendly (hence, the black-ish, and not all-out black. Blend! Blend! Blend! -- as Koren from EnKore would say). I skipped on out the door feeling great. Now isn't that a great way to start off the day, especially when you are headed into an empty office on the last few days before a long break? I needed something to lift my spirits for the day ahead.

Here are some closer looks, along with what makeup I used to create the look.

Makeup:
Eyes:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
NYX Jumbo Shadow Pencil (Milk)
White shadow from the 88 palette (top color in far left row)
Black Magique from the Smoke & Mirrors MAC Holiday palette
Dark silver from 88 palette (far right row, second or third color down, second silver color)
Sonia Kashuk gel liner, black
L'Oreal Bare Naturale mascara, blackest black

Eyebrows:
ULTA Professional Eyebrow kit. I used the lightest eyebrow color in the palette, as I didn't want to make my brows too dramatic. They are already pretty dark, I just wanted to fill in here and there. I use the dark color in the palette at night.

Face:
Moisturizer and SPF
Sephora Face Primer (original formula)
ULTA Professional concealer palette. I used the pale tone concealer for under my eyes and around my nose, and the green for some little blemishes that seemed to want to appear this morning (booooo!)
Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse foundation in light #4
Neutrogena Healthy Glow loose powder in light
Maybelline Dream Mousse blush in rose petal
NARS blush Deep Throat (optional)
Clarins Sun Fever bronzer in 02 to contour (optional)
Make Up For Ever HD powder  on nose, chin, and forehead (so I don't get shiny!)

Lips:
Model Co. lipstick in Trifle (awesome TJ Maxx find for $3.99!)
